Information we collect

If you join the WOLFMADE email list, we collect your email address and records showing when and how you subscribed, confirmed or withdrew your consent. Our email provider may also process technical information needed to deliver emails and protect the service from misuse.

How and why we use it

We use this information only to send WOLFMADE launch news and occasional product updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. Joining the list is optional and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Who processes it

We use MailerLite to manage the subscriber list, confirmations, email delivery and unsubscribes, and Netlify to operate this website and securely pass signup requests to MailerLite. We do not sell the subscriber list or share it with other organisations for their own marketing.

MailerLite stores data for its current service in the Netherlands. Where a supplier processes personal information outside the UK, we require an appropriate lawful safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep active subscriber information until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to periodic review. We review subscribers who have shown no engagement for 24 months. Unconfirmed signup records are reviewed for deletion after 30 days. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not accidentally contact someone who has opted out.

Your choices and rights

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to object or receive a portable copy of information you provided.

Children

This email list is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to subscribe instead.

Complaints

Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
